Peri Peri Ginger Punch

For this beautiful sauce we used the common ingredients found in the classic peri-peri, and gave it wings by adding a punch of extra ginger, to give those Asian dishes a real kick of flavour.

This sauce is part of our special addition micro batch range. We only make 100 bottles of these micro batch sauces, and they are a one-time only flavour.
